Flâneur Global - 10+1 Jewelry Purchase Plan Detailed Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
The "KARA GOLDEN PROMISE" Plan is a jewelry purchase scheme, not a financial deposit or investment product. Participation is limited to Indian citizens aged 18 and above. A valid Government Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID) is mandatory for enrollment. PAN Card is compulsory if the total redemption value exceeds ₹2,00,000 as per Government of India norms. Entities like Corporates, HUFs, or Trusts are not eligible to participate. The date of the first installment payment shall be officially recorded as the Enrollment Date. A unique Subscription ID will be generated for every active plan. The plan is strictly non-transferable, except to a registered nominee in case of the subscriber's demise.
2. Installment Structure
The minimum monthly installment starts at ₹1,000. Installments must be made in multiples of ₹500 or ₹1,000 thereafter. The installment amount fixed at the time of enrollment cannot be altered during the 10-month tenure. Tenure: The customer must pay 10 fixed monthly installments. No interest, yield, or profit sharing is applicable on the amounts deposited. Payments can be remitted via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking through our official portal. Cash payments are restricted to a maximum of ₹1,99,999 per installment. In case of auto-debit failure, the customer is responsible for manual payment before the grace period ends.
3. The 10+1 Bonus & Instant Benefits
11th Month Discount: Upon successful completion of 10 installments, Flâneur Global will provide a discount equal to 100% of one monthly installment. The 11th-month bonus is a "Loyalty Discount" and is only applicable if all 10 payments are completed. This plan cannot be clubbed with other promotional "Bank Offers" unless specifically mentioned. Loyalty points or referral credits cannot be used to pay monthly installments.
4. Payment Schedule & Delays
The monthly due date remains the same as the Enrollment Date for all 10 months. A Grace Period of 10 days is provided for every installment. Payments made after the Grace Period will be marked as "Delayed." If an installment is delayed, the 11th-month bonus discount will be reduced proportionally. Disqualification: Any subscriber with more than two (2) delayed payments will lose eligibility for the 11th-month bonus. If a gap of more than 60 days occurs between two installments, the plan will be auto-terminated.
5. Redemption (Purchasing Jewelry)
The plan matures 30 days after the 10th installment is successfully paid. Redemption is applicable on Silver jewellery, Diamond, and Gemstone Jewelry only. Exclusions: The plan value cannot be used to purchase Gold Coins, Silver Coins, or Loose Solitaires. The plan must be redeemed in its entirety in a single invoice. Partial redemption is not permitted. Redemption must take place within 90 days of the maturity date. If the plan is not redeemed within the redeeming period of enrollment, the bonus discount will expire. The jewelry price will be based on the prevailing market rate on the day of redemption, not the day of enrollment. GST (currently 3%), Making Charges, and other statutory taxes are payable by the customer at the time of billing.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Non-Refundable Policy: No cash, cheque, or bank transfer refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If a customer cancels the plan before 10 months, they will receive a Jewelry Voucher for the exact amount paid. In case of early cancellation, the "11th-month bonus" will not be applicable. If the 25% instant discount (festive offer was already utilized, that amount will be deducted from the final voucher value. Accounts found using fraudulent IDs or multiple proxies will be terminated without a bonus.
7. Security and Legalities
Flâneur Global reserves the right to ask for additional KYC documents during redemption. The customer must update their contact details (Mobile/Email) to receive payment reminders. Flâneur Global is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party gateway technicalities. The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at its discretion, subject to fulfilling the value of installments already paid. Digital communication (WhatsApp/SMS) shall be considered official notice for all plan updates. In the event of a change in government taxes, the new rates will apply to the final invoice. Any dispute arising out of this plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Force Majeure: The company is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes beyond its control.
