What is the OTP delivery policy?
For high-value security, our delivery partner only hands over your jewelry after verifying a one-time password sent to your registered phone number.
Is my jewelry insured during transit?
Yes. Flâneur Global provides 100% insurance coverage from pickup through return delivery — handled by our partnered secure logistics provider.
Do you service pieces not bought from Flâneur?
Absolutely. Our atelier services any fine jewelry — gold, platinum, silver, or with precious/semi-precious stones — regardless of where it was originally purchased.
How is pricing decided?
After we receive and inspect your piece, we share a detailed quote on WhatsApp with photos. Work only begins after you approve.
